How it works:
All projects must comply with the Terms & Conditions
1. Request Approval
Whether you decide to install LED Lighting, Networked Lighting Controls, or both, you'll need to request pre-approval* from us in order to qualify for rebates.
2. Apply for Pre-Approval
To apply for pre-approval*, submit your rebate application and supporting documents such as Payee Designation form and IRS W-9 form. For detailed Application Instructions, click here.
3. Get Approved
We will send you a confirmation email when you're approved. Pick from our list of Trade Allies or use a contractor of your choosing to complete the project.
4. Receive Your Rebate
When your approved project is completed, upload your final invoice within 60 days. We will send your rebate in the mail within 6 weeks of receiving your final invoice.
*Project pre-approval requirement has been waived until further notice. Pre-approval is still recommended when possible, as all projects and equipment are still subject to program pre-conditions and requirements.

Can applications be submitted for both Custom Savings and Prescriptive program rebates?
Yes. Customers and/or their contractors can apply for both Custom Savings and Prescriptive program rebates since the measures in these programs are different. However, applications need to be submitted separately.
Who is eligible for Custom Savings and Prescriptive program rebates?
Any commercial customer receiving retail electric service from Georgia Power is eligible for the Custom Savings and Prescriptive programs.
What are the LED Lighting and Networked Lighting Controls project rebate caps and are these caps stackable?
Yes, you can stack rebates from the Custom Savings and Prescriptive programs. A single project can stack any combination of the following caps:
